Easiest Ever Pie Crust

This recipe is great for dessert pies, quiche and chicken pot pie. And not only is it easy, it's flaky and tasty!

INGREDIENTS:
2/3 C oil
1/3 C boiling water (I boil it in the microwave)
2 C flour
& a pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:
*Mix flour and salt together in bowl
*Mix oil & boiling water together in another bowl
*Pour liquid into flour and mix with fork
*Divide into two balls (handle sparingly - it will be greasy)
*Put one ball on large piece of waxed paper with another piece of waxed paper on top
*Use rolling pin and roll out first ball to make an 8" to 9" pie crust
*Peel off top piece of waxed paper and set aside
*Pick up bottom piece of waxed paper with pie crust still attached
*Flip paper over pie pan and peel away from crust
*Press crust into pan
*Fill pie dish with pie filling and repeat instructions to roll out the second pie crust for the top of the pie
*Bake as instructed on pie recipe
