
INGREDIENTS:
2/3 C oil
1/3 C boiling water (I boil it in the microwave)
2 C flour
& a pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
*Mix flour and salt together in bowl
*Mix oil & boiling water together in another bowl
*Pour liquid into flour and mix with fork
*Divide into two balls (handle sparingly - it will be greasy)
*Put one ball on large piece of waxed paper with another piece of waxed paper on top
*Use rolling pin and roll out first ball to make an 8" to 9" pie crust
*Peel off top piece of waxed paper and set aside
*Pick up bottom piece of waxed paper with pie crust still attached
*Flip paper over pie pan and peel away from crust
*Press crust into pan
*Fill pie dish with pie filling and repeat instructions to roll out the second pie crust for the top of the pie
*Bake as instructed on pie recipe

Something you may not know about me.....I am seriously pie crust impaired. I am anxious to try this to see if it will break the curse. Wish me luck for Pete's sake, I'm 64 years old and have only made three decent crusts in my entire life.
