I've made this twice on the stove instead of grilling the veggies (since we need to refill our propane) and I also added pressed garlic (2 cloves) and more romano cheese (at least 1/2 cup). Then you will want to season your personal portion to taste and add even more cheese if you'd like. We serve this with salmon, garlic bread and whatever else strikes our fancy. :O) Yum-yum!
P.S. It says that it provides 4 servings, but it actually provides 8. So you will want to cut all the nutritional values in half.
